Side Drawer

A small side table made in the Arts and Crafts style. It is built from two parts: a drawer on top and a frame below.

The drawer is made of English oak and joined at the corners with dovetails. The frame underneath is walnut, which gives a darker tone against the lighter oak.

The drawer does not sit directly on the frame. Instead, the two are held apart by floating risers, leaving a small gap between them so each part stands on its own.
